The purchase of merchandise through shoplosophy.com is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts. The site is only available to individuals who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable by us and who have authorized SHOPLOSOPHY to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they have purchase. You confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by SHOPLOSOPHY. The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. 

Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.

All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. By placing an order via this website, you are making an offer to SHOPLOSOPHY to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your payment card or PayPal account will be pre-authorized. 

You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product/s ordered. No charge will be applied to PayPal accounts until the point of despatch; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and SHOPLOSOPHY until we accept your order by dispatching your order.  If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order.
Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the police.

SHOPLOSOPHY reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

You fail to make payment to us when due.

Conformity of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.

While the color reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the differences in browser software.

Pricing

Shipping
Orders ship via FedEx, however other shipping methods such as DHL and UPS may be used as well. Please view your shipment confirmation email for carrier information and tracking details. Delivery times do not include Sundays or Federal Holidays.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand if things didn't work out with what you ordered and are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise in their original condition and with all original tags attached within 7 days of receiving your order. Please write to info@shoplosophy.com

Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags

Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be delivery. SHOPLOSOPHY will contact you with a follow-up email.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations to that order. Although we make every effort to manage the inventory of products for SHOPLOSOPHY, but most of our designers produce limited. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by SHOPLOSOPHY representative.

Shipping outside Mexico
Must be paid by the customer and all returns must be paid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Payment
We accept different payment methods via Conekta and PayPal , which are global companies a lot of experience and reputation in handling personal data.

The cards we accept are: Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard , American Express . Debit cards : Visa , MasterCard, American Express The only data collected are: Full Name , Shipping Address and Billing , Phone and Email . We have no access or collect your financial data such as credit cards and debit cards. We apply the enhanced security measures and we have a system of protection for data sent from the browser to the server.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
