RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shoplosophy offers only exchange, no refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 consecutive days from the date you have received your order to ask for an exchange or return by sending us an email at: email@example.com
To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:
Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging and with the tag of SHOPLOSOPHY.
If you find a product to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to return the defective item in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return.
If 15 days have passed from the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- We do not accept returns of Jewelry.

Once your exchange is received and processed, it will take 2- 3 days , we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online and instructions on how to use it will be included.
